They will fit, and I knew a guy with a W200 CC that had a Big Block and a 5 speed in it. It was a later modification, not factory.
I would double check with the seller, maybe he considers reverse to be a speed? Anyway most of the 5 speeds were direct drive, so it would only gain another split, very few of the 5 speeds were OD.
If it has an Eaton rear end in it, it has been modified (stock would be a Dana), and they may have added a 5 speed at the same time.
If it has a NP540 or 541 OD tranny in it of the Dodge pattern, that alone is worth more then the current price. Of course it would have to be in good shape, as you can't get parts, otherwise people would just buy a DD 540 and convert it.
