It is a D200....

Check out the fenders on this truck compared to the ones on the image you have on the green truck above.

As you can see the lip is much larger on the Green W300, and D300s use the same front fender as the W300.

A D200 has a much smaller lip, and it is a MUCH lighter duty truck, pretty common in a Crew Cab, 1,000s were made. D300 CCs are much more rare.
