There is a tool called a solder-sucker. It is a small turkey-baster thing in reverse. It is a small hand-operated vacuum device, that uses a plunger, pushed down against a spring. You heat the solder, and release the plunger. the tool sucks the molten solder up into its tube, where it solidifies, and can be pushed out. It will remove 90% of the solder.
