Difference between Richmond and Powertrax Lockers?

Is there any difference between the Lockright 1210-LR Lockers made by Richmond gear vs Powertrax 1210 lockers. They look a little different and Richmonds cost $350 and Powertrax are $234. Is one stronger? Are they both limited slip? Any knowledge of either would be helpful. Thanks Alan Koester Retseoka@aol.com
