The platform will share many Ram components, the body and 4x4 systems will be Jeep. The Jeep Liberty platform is getting a new body added next year, it will be a Dodge nameplate. That is how you compete in the 21st century, reduce the number of platforms but keep the brand indentity. All Mopar lines share motors and transmissions whether Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler. The Rescue concept is four years old and Jeep developed, with some Ram components. Don't fret, the Power Wagon Concept truck is still lurking out there....
