They look kind of big for washer nozzles, but you can see the two wiper mounting holes in the cab roof just below the roof seam. Unless the guy removed the original wipers, and mounted some after market electric ones under the dash. I wouldn't think there would be enough room under the dash to do that, with out removing the glove box, etc.
