You need to bleed the master cyl itself before attaching to system, it is easy..make a short hose with a fitting to attach to the output of the MC, them support the MC in a vise, and fill the res. with fluid, place the hose in the res. and slowly push in the MC piston with a screwdriver, do this untill you do not see any bubbles come out of the hose. Then install and bleed normally. Good luck.
