I bought a rear sump oil pan and dip stick from DC here on the forum. The Dip Stick housing fit right into the hole in the top right hand side of block. The oil pan had a welded in place guide for the actual dip stick. Contact DC, he can help you. I have to call him myself for my 318 as I too have a front sump
