If the rear shoes are not rusted to the drums and/or the wheels cylinders are not hanging up from corrosion, your rear brake hose might be bad and causing pressure to be held in the wheel cylinders, There are 4 hoses total on the truck. I recommend you replace them all. New wheel cylinders are the way to go. If you look around they can be found for less than 30 bucks each
