I have a 53 model Dodge short wheelbase Route Van for sale. This is a very complete original and unmolested truck. The body work is very good, almost no rust, and no rot, a few dents, but very good shape for an old commercial truck, originally out of Texas. It has the flathead six, fluid drive setup. I pulled the head to unstick the rings, but hurricane season stopped any progress. Truck even has the original paperboard headliner complete and intact! It's in much better shape than my 49 model, and I paid much more for mine. Price on the 53 is $2000, offering it here before ebay. If you live anywhere on the route between Florida and North Dakota I may be able to arrange very affordable transport in February. I have more pictures I can email also.
