he told me before my first day on the job
"Winches are the Most Dangerous Piece of Equipment on the JOB !!!"
All winch use was done by UNION Operating Engineers not linemen or groundmen or any other person on the job - not for the untrained !!
a parted line comes back over the cab like a
bull whip (we had one PW with a baby butt crease on the cab
not a pretty site - Get hurt 1A
