I saw a very nice setup several years ago on a 3/4 WC. The guy had filled in the area between the bumper and the frame on the drivers side with plate steel. He then mounted several controls to it. He had a lever that worked the clutch, a lever that shifted the PTO, and a hand throttle. It was well done and he was able to run his winch quite nicely by standing next to the front fender. I do not remember a kill switch.
