Can you provide me with the model of the charger? Normally you will have to change the "taps" on all three phases to do a voltage changeover. Usually there are three identical terminal strips and you move the wire jumpers on them according to the wiring diagram. The low voltage or "control" transformer will have to have its "taps" changed as well, this usually involves moving two small metal jumpers on the transformer. I work on forklifts for a living and used to work for an industrial battery company maintaining chargers.
