Norm Kaufman the former owner of my 48 used it to pull his trailer (about 30ft or so) all over the USA was in the Air Force and was TDY to SAC bases all over the lower 48 even took it to Alaska and Mexico
and did it all with 230/5.83 ball hitch
and as 55 is the max tow speed whats the problem as long as you are in no hurry.
Of course this was in the 50's & 60's when life was at a slower pace and the slow lane
was the slow lane
