Having driven the same vehicle, with and without the spray-in liner, I'd opt for the permanent solution (I too am worried about the permanentcy of the spray-in liner, but what the heck...) the sound proofing and heat bearier was so dramatic, that it made it worthwhile because the spray-on could extend far up on verticle surfaces like the firewall. Let me know how the removable deal works out.
