Landon's Stovebolt Six had tube headers for the 251, I bought a set for my Plymouth 230, see pic. Langdon also is producing cast Fenton style headers for the 230, but not sure about the 251.

You can have your exhaust manifold split by Mike Yoder of Kansas Kustoms, retaining a functioning heat rizer on one half of the manifold.

You can also have George Asche fab a dual intake and dual exhaust like Don Coatney did over on the P15-D24 forum. George's setup uses the heat rizer baffle to block the exhaust flow into a new dump on the front half.
