The factory made a dual exhaust dual intake manifold for these engines. I have an engine with this setup and there was no provision for carb heat, except that the exhaust manifold is bolted to the intake. There is a balance tube between the carbs.
I would guess that carb icing would be less of a problem with two carbs than with one, since the fuel vaporization cooling is divided between two carbs.
These manifolds are not common but they sure look impressive!
