I fear the rhino lining would not adhear perfectly and promote rust instead of prevent it. Then when you need to repair the rust you've got a mess on your hands removing the rhino lining to do a repair.

I avoid undercoating for the same reason. If it worked, it would be nice, because it would deaden some sound.

You're probably better off cleaning the floors well, eliminating existing rust,and using a good rust-inhibiting paint. Make sure everything is sealed as well as possible to prevent water entering the truck. Then keep it clean and don't let mud or salt sit on the truck for extended periods. Before you subject the truck to harsh elements like that, you can spray certain areas with WD40 or Pam for short-term protection.
