seriously your son should focus on his job, and take a color blind view if he can ;-) and try to relive the stress and anger with humor.
this is what has kept me going 10 years.
my sister was killed by a drunk driver, so i stopped wrenching for a living and got a job as a ignition interlock technician and manager. (a breathalyzer that prevents the engine from starting unless sober)
be sure to thank your son for me, i appreciate his efforts and hard work.
