HEMI Engine data fact book:
[Leo R. Lindquist]

The 270 HEMI was used in the 1955 Dodge car and no Damper part number is identified (no damper used?).
The 270 is used in 1955-1956 Dodge Trucks, both Poly & HEMI, and the damper part number is 1507755.

The 1956 Dodge car & truck 315 has a damper.

Worthy of noting: the 270 engines used relatively small main and rod journals and in some competition classes the cranks were known to fail. I doubt it's a problem for a low RPM application like a PW, but if you might want to explore options.

Ckeck with Mikey Stone, he has a '50s HEMI friend that might be able to help.
