The pulley goes on one way, there's a drift pin/wedge/key that allows it to only go on the one way. But the pulley and the part that is actually over the front of the crank are like one piece. I'll have to post a photo (but not use up all of Joe's space again!) when I get it cleaned up.
When I get it running, I'll drive to CA and stop by to see you. (...a month behind the wheel of an M-37... two-months round trip!)
