I used a bottle top adapter so that I have burner control, fitting are optional depending upon your tank set-up. I have this hosed to a manifold that runs off of either a small propane bottle or a 5-7 gallon tank. The bolts are bent slightly, this allows for adjustment on uneven surfaces, when is the last time you found a level picnic table? ha!ha!
