1952 Dodge M 37 Military Cargo Truck
4WD, 7000# PTO winch- Military version of the Power Wagon. Engine parts are Dodge flat head six. Comes standard with waterproof ignition & engine breather system. Runs underwater with a snorkel kit.
Modified flat open bed. Originally a pickup truck. Sides cut down, no tailgate. GVW: approx 6000#.
12 / 24 volt electric system: Starter, generator and ignition are original 24 v. Lights are converted to 12 v. Turn signal lights are replaced. Includes military blackout driving light.
Modified bumpers: ½” steel plate with 2” solid steel rods welded to the originals to form heavy front and rear bumpers with front and rear tow ball plates. Top winch guide roller. Original tie- downs and lifting hooks included. Very sturdy and handy. Heavy- duty tow bar can be used as a winch boom support. Steel cab roof welded in place. Heater installed.
Two spare tires and rims. All tires are military non- directional tread. Split- rims on all wheels. One spare tire / wheel is a combat style rim (held together with bolts). Runs, needs 2 batteries. 831 336 3489
