What does a New or Rebuilt 230 Dist cost?

Thinking of changing over to straite 12 volts on my M-37 and was wondering what a new or rebuilt regular 230 Dist would cost? Don't realy want a used one unless it is real nice and tight. I all ready have a 12 volt starter and 1 wire altinator to use. Since everything is allready 12 volts except the starter and charging system it would be a simple change over to do. Then I would not have the problem with one of my 12 volt Battrys giving me trouble when I use the lights at night. Thanks, Mark H.
