OT... freeing up a MM tractor motor?

I am looking for suggestions for a miracle "witches brew" to pour into the cylinders of a mid 40's Minneapolis Moline model U tractor. This tractor has been sitting in a barn for at least 15 years and the motor is stuck. I was hoping I could pour in some "stuff" and let it sit for the winter and hopefully it will free up.
