I've seen the infomercial on that machine. Looks like its kind of cheaply made. It might be OK for someone who's constantly working with drills, and bits, etc. But for the hobbyist like me who occasional needs to dril la hole, I find it better to just invest in a good qaulity set of drill bits. By the time they wear out, I've gotten my money's worth, and simply buy a new set.
