Well.......Look at 'vise grips' or 'channel locks' Yea, Sawzall is the patented trade name for the Milwaukee tool, as the technical name for it is reciprocating saw. Just like Vise Grip is a brand name, and they are technically known as Locking pliars. Its just like calling a Boom hoist or an A-frame hoist a 'Gin Pole' Or like calling a 46-68 1 ton Military style Power Wagon a FFPW..... Same principal.
