I just registered my cell phone and re-registered my home number with the no call service. I also called my cell phone provider, and they assured me that they do not plan to allow any of their customer's numbers to be published, and that they will not give customer's cell phone numbers out to anyone requesting them.
Call your service provider to verify exactly what your phone number status is.
