FWIW have a 360 TBI with overdrive automatic in a '90 Ram Chugger. Tore up two overdrives in the automatic in about 110K miles. One on warranty and one on my dime. Never abused it or towed anything major with it. Otherwise a good truck that still gets 15 mpg.
