I drilled out four of the holes in the third member (the ones at the 4 corners, if circles had corners) to 1/2 inch. I purchased 4 shoulder bolts. 3/8"-16 x 1/2" long, and a 1/2" diameter shoulder 1/2" long with and allen head (cap screw) They are grade 8. I put a grade 8 lock washer on them. They aligned the third member, and I left the other 8 3/8" studs in to draw it down tight. I did find out when I pulled the axle studs, that they are the right size as what was needed, will probably order some from vpw.
