G'Day, greetings from Down Under. I may be preaching to the converted, however, for the others, there is s book you may be interested in. There are two down sides, I. it is printed in French ( I understand there is also an English version ). 2. It is out of print.
It is called " DODGE cinq generations de tours terrains ". If you are interested in Power Wagons and WC's, I have not found one better. It is mainly pictorial, and definately worth getting if you can.
I obtained mine from New Zealand through 'Bibliofind ' on the net. Its in French, but the pictures speak for themselves.
