Aaron, Yes that is a factory grill guard. I just noted it while looking at the pictures tonight. It is fairly rare in that, as far as I know, it was not offered to the general public, however seemed to be an often ordered option on government or military trucks. Most 60s W series I've seen had one installed at one time. I'm going to send your pictures back tomorrow. Can I keep the one of your diesel? Did you find anything else out about that 57 D300?
