If the truck is a WM300, everything is in the
original location. Dodge began using the Chrysler
251 Industrial engine with the WM300. I don't
believe the fenders and hood were moved,
but the factory did install extensions for the
radiator and grill to accomadate the longer engine.
If the truck has a winch, the frame extensions and
winch driveshaft will be a couple of inches longer
as well.
I have seen Power Wagons with electric fans,
usually after they have been repowered with a
V8 of some kind.
To make a long story short, those are factory
modifications, not something someone did after
the fact.
