Well, I've heard about something that will blow that clear away! Never tried it, of course, that would not be very nice to do to your new neighbors! Anyway, take an old mason jar that you don't really want any more and fill it about half full of worms, the bigger the better! Then, fill it to about 3/4 full with water. Screw on the lid, and set it in the sun for a week or two. Shake it up every couple of days to keep everything mixing well! When all the contents are liquified, wait until the victim is unable to see their vehicle, and open this jar up, pour the contents into the cowl area, (or wherever the heat, vent, and A/C draw air from) and run like hell!!! It supposedly helps if you hold your nose while doing this, although I have never tried it! Reportedly, this will cause the auto in question to stink to high heaven, and it will get worse every time the heat, vent, or A/C is used! But I don't know this for a fact, cause I never did it, no sir, not me....
