Ortho Tri-Ox is a soil sterilizer. Pour it on straight from the can and nothing grows for about two years.
Had a neighbor who kept calling the cops and FCC because the magneto in my race car screwed up her soap operas. Wrote a nasty message in her lawn with the ol' Tri-Ox. After reseeding for months they finally had to dig up the soil and replace it.
