Yellig Radio in Evansville used to do it. However, they are mostly new digital stuff now that when it goes bad, you throw it away. The old man who founded it still did it a few months ago, but it was only when he felt like showing up as he was retired.
Try Cars&Parts magazine and Hemmings Motor News. They carry ads for radio repair services.
