Most new vehicles (dodge or no )shouldn't have those kind of problems. You have a lemon,it rolled off the line less than perfect. Maybe it was build on Friday before quitting time.
Document all problems and time and money spent on the truck. Your state should have "lemon laws" that protect you as a consumer. It may behoove you to solicit a lawyer.
The dealer is not going to want to eat the cost of your truck so its own "inspection" probably won't find anything wrong. If you know what I mean.
