Thanks Gordon for the input. I considered the gearing change idea but I feel that 4.10 is a little tall for the load, and 4.56 is too low for running light. My truck has dual rear wheels and with 235-l6's and radial tire bulge, we are not talking about a tall tire and there aren"t many size options in load range E that will work in such an application. So, back to the overdrive, seemingly the best of both worlds ............if there"s room under there. Thanks again.
