Check all of the spring mounting points; shackles, frame attachment brackets, U bolts. Also, look for broken spring leaves, or/and center bolts. Look the frame over really well for cracks or loose crossmembers. Some tires just don't balance well; I ran BFGoodrich Trail T/A's in 33x12.50-15 on my Toy, and in 235-75R-15 on my Jeep and had no problems at all, but when I put some Firestones on the new Toyota, they just won't balance. By changing the weights around, and remounting the tires, we can change the relative speed at which they start shaking, but cannot seem to completely get rid of the vibration. But the Firestones cost about half of what the BFG's did, so I guess we get what we pay for. Good luck.
