I have a 1993 that had the same problem. Tire shake at 35 was so bad that I had to check the lug nuts because I thought the wheels were falling off. I solved the problem by having a good shop do the tire balance (for some reason a lot of shops were having a hard time getting the correct balance on 8 hole wheels). I thought the truck had severe front end problems prior to that. Also had the back tires done, as they were transmitting a shake though the truck also. Just as a precaution, I put on a good stabilizer, as the shop I used said that the Dodge design for steering allows a lot os slop in the steering geometry before it actually gets to the box. When I changed tires a couple of weeks ago, the little vibration I still had disappeared completely. Hope it helps.
