I went with the new holes since that didn't require changing the timing chain cover, water pump, and underlying bracket that the engine mount bolts to. I'll have to look up the info from Griffin, but the new radiator works great. I just had it fabbed with a 1" square channel down each side and then drilled holes in the channel and bolted it to the front side of the original core support. That moved the radiator up so that is just behind the gaurd / grill.
