What "flanges" Manny?
The stamped metal hanging mounts that attach to the crossmember and the case hangs onto?
these metal flanges?
If so, are the flanges THAT different?
Cant I just mount the 3/4 ton trnasfer in place of my worn out 1/2 ton transfer, ringht ontp the existing brackets by simply drilling mounting holes in the existing half tons brackets?
Or is the spacing between brackets that different as well?
Sorry for all the "stupidity" The case I want to buy is many miles away and I cant see it to compare to my 1/2 ton existing case in the truck now.
