International Truck and Engine Corporation is now known as Navistar International Corporation (NYSE symbol NAV) I'm unaware of any recent announcements. Ford got out of the Medium Truck business when they sold off they product line to Freightliner and it was re-branded "Sterling". Freightliner was later acquired by Diamler, and now what was once a Ford Truck is part of the same family as the Dodge Trucks?
