Inc ase some one missed it on the Power Wagon Advertiser Forum (http://www.powerwagonadvertiser.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=11332#post11332) I've been working on a Mounting idea for the Warn M12000 Winch on my M37.

Well I think I have it figured out. I've completed measuring and drawing the idea up and have also mocked it up in cardboard.

The Winch will mount using one "reverse" 2" receiver design. The Tube will be in the Winch and the shaft on the M37. This will also allow for the installation of a hitch in the front of the Winch to jockey trailers around as well. I'll use an additional tube to allow the Winch to mount into a standard receiver on the back of any other trucks.

I will also use 4 wheel studs in the bumper facing forward, to allow for the use of four wheel nuts to secure the front of the winch mounting plate to the left and right pieces of bumper. This will stabilize the winch and secure the pieces of bumper in case I nick something while on the trial, keeping the frame rails tied together. The use of wheel studs and nuts will ensure that as long as I have a lug wrench I'll have a wrench to dismount and re-locate the winch to the rear when needed.

I've attached one image but they can all be found at my WEB site, or the following links:
