Its all about geometry and roll centers .
I did a major paper on suspension design about 30 years back . Sure would have been fun to have a photo like this and do up a few models to see at what point the whole shebang was about to tip over.
Weird thing is if you look at the photos of the second tow truck. There are people in the bite zone. Dumb folks who will sue you later if they get squashed.
