My truck is a 1991, has a 727, had over 300K on it when I bought it. When I bought it, the turbo, head, bearings and oil pump had been replaced. it has ran good since I have had it, but I had to put a Master Cyl, alot of brakelines on it, totally redo the front brakes, new Borgeseson steering shaft, etc. it needs a steering box now. I also had to redo all the wiring going from cab on back. If I replace that steering box, and take care of afew other minor problems, it'd be in almost perfect mechanical shape. Body wise, it is fairly clean, some rust, but not too bad, some dents. its a beater compared to some, but not the usual Eyesore I normally drive. :) The interior is sorta ruff. I guess I did pretty good on mine, havent I? Most of the 1st gen 4X4s I see that sell around here fetch between $5-$7,000. I heard of somebody selling one that is like mine but a stick and he sold it for $2500! He didnt know what he had.... I wish I coulda snagged it.
