I always take notice when I see a dually with painted wheels instead of chrome or covers. Either I like it because it looks old or because it is just different, or both. Maybe my Cummins Crew Cab needs something other than generic alloys?

What's a wig-wag? When I hear that I think of the swinging turn signals that imitate railroad lanterns. They were aftermarket accessories in the 30's.
