I know what you're saying...it's annoying but unfortunately none of the big shippers are reliable. I sold 2 trucks to a fellow in NJ & DAS shipped them from Seattle in 5 days...others have had bad experiences.
I think all those big shippers have a pool of drivers...it's a crap shoot whether you get a good one or not.
Be happy it arrived in good shape!
