I would suggest that in our daily life, things come up / happen where the word Thankful is not thought of. I try to live my life being Thankful for everything that happens. Not saying, this is no good, for sure I am not Thankful for this happening . As an example, I had an accident that could have been tragic. I had one of the Carryall Differentials strapped and chained on a transmission jack, ready to put in the axle housing. Somehow, the differential got loose and fell off the transmission jack. The speed it desended to the floor was just a blur, talk about fast. The mounting flange hit my little finger. Yes, grevious pain. There was only a little blood, after holding my hand in snow to cut the pain, I took a good look. I was not Thankful it fell on my finger !!! However, it just winged it right at the joint, 1/4 inch only .25000" to the right and it could have cut it off or crushed the finger joint. It took a moment of serious thought, Thankful ??? Yes, I was Thankful, I could have lost my finger or the use of it.

Living in this great country, we have so much to be thankful for, our freedom, health, family, ability to come and go as we choose.
The list of what we need to be Thankful for is different for each person, but it is long, or it should be a long list.

This Thanksgiving, lets all reflect on just how much we need to be Thankful for in all our daily lifes. I for one will never call it "Turkey Day". Its so much more, Its a day of Real Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my PW Friends.

Paul
