Where is Getrag Built where is Chrysler's new owners head quartered????
Daimler Built My Dodge 2500 its a good truck better than Dodge built when that Ford guy ran the place.
But Dodge is no longer Dodge it is a nameplate a brand stuck on a Truck.
DaimlerChryslers’ passenger car brands include Maybach, Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep®, and Dodge. Commercial vehicle brands include Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star and Setra.
All of these brands use Getrag Transmissions built in Germany.
Who runs the place now?
Prof. Jürgen E. Schrempp.
Why would he buy an American transmission and put it in his Trucks.
What would his home boys say.
Thats why Farmers drive Fords.
I will keep my WC-56 Command car and use my Daimler to tow it across country to shows.

Here is to the new Power Wagen

Dave
